I began my fitness journey at age 17, completely new to a gym and knowing nothing - apart from the fact that I wanted to better both my mental and physical health. After getting into fitness, health and well-being followed soon after, as I realised it's difficult to have one without the other.
I put a lot of time and energy into building strength in both the mental and physical aspects and discovered just how amazing I could feel by making these small changes within my lifestyle.
I then found my passion for health and fitness.
This feeling is something that I am aiming to help others achieve. No matter your goals, or your current fitness level, I am here to help, and to help you find your passion for health and fitness.
Nutrition is something I have always been passionate about, finding how fitness, nutrition, and mental health can benefit you varies for each individual. I have made it my aim to help as many people as possible find this balance to find their most content self, and to improve their quality of life.
