Last year, after jogging an hour or so every day for a month, my left knee became so painful I couldn't bend it or walk without limping and going faster than a snails pace. I saw a physical therapist who gave me exercises that helped but I was still in pain and limping for about 6 months after that. This year, I got smart. I've been doing 40 minutes a day and 4 miles an hour on the treadmill along with rigorous weight training and the same thing began to happen again, only this time, I decided to go see Holly. After only 3 weeks of treatment, the pain has completely disappeared and I have been able to continue the treadmill and my training non-stop for two months! Before Holly, I had visions of being imprisoned forever in this fat "temple" in the sedentary position of a couch potato. Now I'm free to become the "real" me that's waiting inside.
