From Hayden/Sandpoint: * U.S. 95 South to Appleway * Turn LEFT onto Appleway * We are located on the left side of the road just before Government Way in the Vital! Fitness Building.

From Cataldo: * I-90 West to Coeur d' Alene. * Take the 4th Street exit - Exit 15 * Take a RIGHT onto 4th Street * Then take a LEFT onto Appleway * We are located on the right hand side of the road just past Government Way in the Vital! Fitness building.
